“SO MANY STEPS TO BUILD A SPECIAL TREEHOUSE BATHROOM…”
From the beginning, when building a picture perfect bathroom, everything has to be visualized…especially when building a one of a kind treehouse without a set of plans!!! This includes orientation of the framing studs, nailers for the shower frame, location of the light fixtures, etc.
“A ONE OF A KIND SHOWER NEEDS 3 HEADS…RIGHT?”
Step into the shower and pick 1, 2, or all 3 heads including a rain head from the ceiling. I was sure to size the hot water heater to take care of those that want to take a very long shower and use all 3 heads at the same time. Enjoy!!
"BOLD COLOR CHOICE?”
Don’t worry, this is not the final color we picked. This is the waterproofing to seal up the cement board before tile goes up including the knee-wall next to the toilet. So many steps to do it right and built to last!!
“BLACK AND WHITE WITH A BEE INSPIRATION”
At Highpoint, we also raise honey bees. The classic hex tile was a natural choice to make sure every guest thinks about how important honey bees are to pollinating the food we eat.
“THE CHERRY ON THE SUNDAE…”
Did you see this shower enclosure coming? After being inspired by some classic farmhouse showers, we had to take it to another level by designing and having our welding crew make something special and custom for our special treehouse. With our logo welded into the frame, white tile with black grout, and the vanity to come made from a black walnut tree harvested from the property, the bathroom is going to be a special room to be enjoyed.
